Overview
We partnered with Feetsee to build the digital experience behind its at-home diabetic foot monitoring device — a Next.js and TypeScript platform for patients, providers, and payors that turns thermal imaging data into something clear enough to act on.
The challenge
Complications in diabetic patients’ feet are difficult to diagnose early and even harder to treat — delayed diagnosis is one of the leading causes of diabetes-related amputations. Feetsee needed a digital interface that could make its thermal imaging technology clear, trustworthy, and easy to act on for patients monitoring their own feet at home.
The solution
Patient app guiding users through a daily thermal foot scan with a comfortable, hygienic stand
Real-time alerts sent to physicians the moment abnormal temperature patterns are detected
Separate provider software so clinicians can track patient history and flare-ups remotely
HIPAA-compliant data access and secure sharing between patients and their care team
Built on Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS for a fast, reliable experience across web and mobile

Results
The project delivered a clear, reliable web and mobile solution that supports early detection and preventive care for people with diabetes — technology validated in clinical trials and already in use by patients and providers.
