Overview
We partnered with CoachVerse to design and build a SaaS platform for coaches. It brings the everyday work of coaching into one connected workspace: managing client relationships, scheduling sessions, keeping conversations and resources together, and turning a coaching program into a package clients can find and book.
The challenge
Coaching starts with a conversation, but the context around it is usually scattered: meetings in a calendar, messages in a chat app, payments and materials somewhere else. Coaches lose the thread between sessions and spend time on admin instead of the people they work with. CoachVerse needed one place where meetings, messages, packages, and resources belong to the same story.
The Solution
Dashboard with clients, purchases, income, open sessions, upcoming video meetings, and a prioritized task list
Client list showing each person’s next session, active package, sessions remaining, and last activity, with sorting and filters
Client profiles that keep meetings, packages, and shared context in one view
Calendar for scheduling sessions within the coach’s working hours
Package builder covering sessions, duration, price, billing, access, resources, contracts, and automations, with attendance and income tracked per package

One workspace and a complete view of the coaching journey, from the first client relationship to a coaching package, scheduled sessions, shared resources, and the conversations in between.
